Week 9 Newsletter

Dear Parents,

Angelique here, just letting you all know that I tried to email about updates, but yahoo isn’t working for some reason when I sign in.  I imagine it’s technical difficulties, so I’ll try again later.  Anyway, I am going to keep this brief since I need to do some shopping for school supplies and get some cds for photos to give during PT conferences.

First off, it’s that time of year where we need to be cautious of illnesses as a lot of people we know have been under the weather. We had at least 4 kids absent each day due to fevers and colds.  Carrie and I missed having the whole group of kids here this week, but we truly appreciate that they were able to get rest and feel better.  We know how hard it can be to have to keep your kids home, so thank you to everyone who was able to to do that.  We truly hope everyone is feeling better and is able to join us soon.

We mostly focused this week on individual lessons since there weren’t that many kids, however, we did have some small group lessons including pealing a carrot, animals of North America, and we played some memory games to start learning 3 of the countries in North America: Canada, The United States of America, and Mexico.

Hopefully that gives you some idea of what we’ve been up to.  Sorry I have to run, but we are looking forward to sharing more next week.  If anyone cannot make it next week to the conferences or if parents can’t make it together and prefer to have two separate meetings, just let us let us know or sign up separately.  If yahoo is not letting you email us or you don’t hear from us, you can email me at angeliquecbuman@gmail.com for now.

I’m going to hold off on sharing photos this week since I am in the process of organizing photos by putting them in individual photos for each child.  I hope you understand!

Have a good weekend!  We hope everyone gets some rest this weekend and stays healthy!

Take care,

Angelique
